Mosaic sheets in a bathroom or wet area can fail quickly if the adhesive used over the waterproofing membrane isn't itself water-resistant.
Always use a water-resistant adhesive system rated for wet areas over a waterproofing membrane — a standard adhesive will soften or lose grip with constant moisture exposure.
