These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and AdhesiveZone ("AdhesiveZone", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website adhesivezone.com and its associated mobile-web application (together, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What AdhesiveZone is

AdhesiveZone is an online directory and discovery platform that helps customers in Chhattisgarh find independent adhesive/tile-product dealers, masons, applicators, and contractors ("Listed Businesses") based on location, product, or service. AdhesiveZone is a lead-generation and discovery service only — we facilitate an initial connection (via Call or WhatsApp) between a customer and a Listed Business. We are not a party to, and do not broker, guarantee, or take any commission on, any sale, purchase, service, or work agreement subsequently made between a customer and a Listed Business.

Under Section 2(w) and Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, AdhesiveZone functions as an "intermediary" in respect of listing content submitted by dealers, masons, and contractors, and is entitled to safe-harbour protection for such third-party content provided we observe due diligence as required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, including operating the Grievance Redressal Mechanism described in Section 13 below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to register an account, submit a listing, or otherwise use features of the Platform that require sign-in. Browsing public listings does not require an account or a minimum age, but any conduct otherwise prohibited under these Terms remains prohibited regardless of age.

3. Your account

• You may create an account using Email OTP (one-time password) or "Sign in with Google". You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or submitting a listing, and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is fraudulent, impersonating another person or business, or being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Listings and content you submit

• If you submit a business listing (as a dealer, mason, applicator, or contractor), you confirm that the information provided — including business name, address, phone number, product range, certifications, and photographs — is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the business named.
• By submitting content (listing details, photographs, descriptions), you grant AdhesiveZone a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform and in related promotional material (such as our social media pages), for as long as the listing remains active, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit. You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us (Section 13); we will remove it within a reasonable time.
• A "Verified" badge indicates that AdhesiveZone has taken reasonable steps to confirm the listing corresponds to a real, contactable business. It is not a guarantee, certification, or endorsement of the quality, workmanship, licensing, or authenticity of the goods or services offered, and must not be represented as such by any Listed Business.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to, and not to permit others through your account to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information, including false claims of certification, brand authorisation, or product stock;
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, business, or brand;
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Use the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract listing or contact data from the Platform for purposes other than your own personal use in finding a dealer or contractor;
• Use contact details obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than the specific inquiry for which they were provided.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate access for any account found, in our reasonable judgment, to have violated this Section.

6. No warranty on third-party listings

Product availability, pricing, quality, workmanship, and any warranty on goods or services are the sole responsibility of the individual dealer, mason, applicator, or contractor — not AdhesiveZone. Any dispute regarding a purchase, service, or work arrangement is strictly between the customer and the Listed Business concerned.

7. Fees

Listing and browsing the Platform is currently free of charge for both customers and Listed Businesses. We may introduce paid plans or premium listing features in the future (as may be described from time to time on our Pricing page); any such change will be communicated in advance and will not apply retroactively to existing free listings without your consent.

8. Intellectual property

The AdhesiveZone name, logo, and the design, layout, text, and software of the Platform (excluding content submitted by Listed Businesses and third-party brand/product names) are the property of AdhesiveZone. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Platform's design or software without our prior written consent.

9. Trademarks and brand names

Brand and product names referenced on this site — including but not limited to MYK Laticrete, Fevicol, Bosch, and Makita — are trademarks of their respective owners. AdhesiveZone is an independent directory service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand or manufacturer listed on this site. Product listings are provided by independent dealers and reflect their own stock and claims, not statements made by AdhesiveZone.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdhesiveZone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of listing information, and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, AdhesiveZone shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from: (a) any transaction or work arrangement between a customer and a Listed Business; (b) reliance on any listing information; (c) any interruption, error, or unavailability of the Platform; or (d) unauthorised access to your account not caused by our gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdhesiveZone harmless from any claim, loss, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your listing content, or your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.

13. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. If you wish to report content that violates these Terms, request removal of a listing, or raise any complaint regarding the Platform, please contact:

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or a listing, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account and listing data at any time by contacting us (Section 13); see our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion timelines.

15. Force majeure

AdhesiveZone shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or telecom outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government action.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process above, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AdhesiveZone regarding use of the Platform.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where required by law, notified to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
